Lori Jarvie, M.S.
Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Lori is a vital member of the Sunrise team and has been with the company since its inception. Our Owner and CEO is a highly qualified and respected individual in the field of Human Services. Lori holds an MS degree and has extensive experience working with children and adults in various roles such as daycare/preschool provider, caseworker, case manager, children and youth worker, forensic interviewer, services coordinator, among others. Her vast experience and passion for helping others led her to establish a company that supports its employees while providing aid to adults with intellectual disabilities.
Lori's passion for helping individuals achieve the highest quality of life led her to research, discover, and incorporate different divisions under the Sunrise Human Services umbrella. Each division provides specialized support services. Along with the ID Waiver Services Division and the Parenting Education Division, Lori envisions no limit to the ability of Sunrise Human Services to grow and add services that will enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Lynn Stephens M.Ed., LSW
Director of Parenting Education
As our Director of the Parenting Education Devision, Lynn is a valuable member of the Sunrise team. She strives to empower individuals with the necessary tools and resources to help them achieve their full potential. Lynn holds an LSW and an M.Ed in Special Education, and has gained extensive experience through teaching special education in both public and private sectors, working in Children and Youth Services as a caseworker, providing SWAN services, providing direct service for adults, providing wrap-around care (BSC, TSS, and MT) for children, and providing direct counseling for people of all ages. She is passionate about incorporating her experience and expertise to support people of all ages. Nikki has been an essential member of the Sunrise team. As the Director of ID Waiver Services, she is responsible for Human Resources and for ensuring that everyone, including employees and individuals, within this division, receives the support and resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.Â
Nikki oversees the Technical Support for both divisions. Nikki is involved with the Human Resources within the Parenting Education department at Sunrise Human Services, using her extensive knowledge to keep the company running smoothly. Her magnetic, caring personality makes her a valuable asset to the team and those around her.
